All you need to connect Globalink's VoIP network is  is downlowd  our SIP compatible IP phone. Your computer will need a sound card and a microphone.

This new phone even has a button for callback!! Once you have installed the softphone, just enter the pin provided when you signed up for our service. You can then make calls.  The phone will allow you to check your call history, trigger a callback, setup your phone book and even has your balance displayed on the screen. You can change the server port to 80 under settings if you have trouble connecting on the default voip port 5060. 

Please note that your call quality may be affected by any other programs running on your machine. It recommended  to limit any other programs that might use your internet bandwidth or affect your computer performance while making a call.
