ANI
(Caller ID) CallBack Trigger Instructions
Using
any phone that sends out your ANI (Caller ID)
information (preferably GSM mobile phones),
DIAL +
1 561 317 3268 and let it ring ONCE
before hanging up the phone.
If our platform receives your ANI, it
will automatically send a CallBack to your
phone and prompt you for your 8 digit Account
Code.

If
your phone number is already stored in the
system,
it will not prompt for your Account Code.

To
assign your CallBack number to your
Account Code via SMS so as not to be
prompted for Account Code after every
trigger, see instruction

There
is no guarantee that our platform will
receive your ANI 100% of the time.
We rely on the in-country network
to transmit valid ANI data.
We have found some networks overseas are
not relaying ANI consistently, while
others relay partial numbers.

Globalink
offers a variety of innovative ways to trigger
your CallBack via SMS technology from your
mobile phone or wireless device.
You may be charged by your mobile
provider for sending SMS text messages.
We
have several numbers which can be used to send
SMS commands to:

SMS command will NOT
trigger a CallBack.

This
command will work with either your 8 digit
Account Code or a 4 digit pin number.

may replace 011 with 00. Both dialing
codes will work.
B.
Send an SMS with no message to trigger
a CallBack to your mobile phone.
Using
your mobile phone, compose and send an SMS

Do
NOT
type anything in your message. Leave the
message field blank.

The
system will match the phone number you
sent the SMS message from with an Access
Code assigned with the same number and
will trigger this Access Code.

If
the phone number you sent the SMS message
from is NOT assigned to any Access Code,
the system will still send a CallBack but
you must enter a valid 8 digit Account
Code to be allowed to place a call.
See Instructions F, G, and H for similar
commands requiring Account Code.

You
must manually dial your Destination number
upon receiving the CallBack.

save this as the new CallBack number. To

to a different CallBack number without a
Destination number, you may omit the
Destination number by sending the SMS in
this format:

Your
Access Code will need a pin assigned to it
in order to use this feature.
Most
of the following SMS commands are designed for
CallBack/SMS/ANI CallBack Card users. The
commands require that you know your 8 digit
Account Code.
Please contact your representative or
Customer Service if you do not know your
Account Code and wish to use any of the
commands below.

Using

is the required command that notifies the Globalink
system to modify the CallBack number.

IMPORTANT:
If
you only send *AccountCode,
the system will AUTOMATICALLY save the phone
number that sent the SMS message as the
Callback number.

This
SMS command will trigger a CallBack after
registering the account.
-
This
command will save customers time when
later using SMS or ANI CallBack from the
phone number that is saved.
The system will NOT prompt for the Account
Code if it matches the originating phone
number with the saved CallBack number in
the system.
However, this command is not
necessary for ANI CallBack or
SMS CallBack Card users wanting to use the
service – it is offered as a matter of
convenience.

This
SMS command will save the CallBack number
for Standard CallBack accounts as well,
though the Access Code is not required.

You
may replace 011 with 00. Both dialing
codes will work.
G.
Send an SMS with only your Destination
number. The
system will send a CallBack to the phone
number that sent the SMS message.
Using
your mobile phone, compose and send an SMS

system will recognize the phone number you
sent the SMS from and will send a CallBack
to this number.

If
the phone number is already assigned to an
Access Code, it will automatically dial
the Destination number when you answer.

If
the phone number you sent the SMS message
from is NOT assigned to any Access Code,
the system will still send a CallBack but
you must enter a valid 8 digit Account
Code before the system automatically
connects you to the Destination number.

Destination number.
The system will send a CallBack to the
phone number that sent the SMS message and
will automatically dial your Destination
number.

Speed
Dial Slot Numbers that can be programmed
are 01 through 99.

To
use your Speed Dials when you use your
CallBack service, enter
the two-digit Speed Dial Slot Number (01
to 99) assigned to the telephone number
you wish to call followed by the pound
(hash) key.
K. Send an SMS to transfer the balance
from one Account Code to another Account Code.
Using
your mobile phone, compose and send an SMS

is the required command that notifies the Globalink
system that you are transferring balances.

transferring the funds FROM.

SMS command will NOT
trigger a CallBack.

If
both Account Codes are valid and the FROM
Account Code has funds, the system will
transfer the entire balance over.

If
you wish to transfer only a partial
balance, you can specify the amount by
sending the following message format:

Only
full dollar amounts will be transferred
when the amount is specified. For example,
if you specify 45.35 as the amount, only
45 will be transferred.
